Cruise America RV Rental & Sales at 2915 North Orange Blossom Trail, Kissimmee, Florida.

We rented an RV in the Cruise America at the Orange Blossom Trail in Kissimee, Florida. The counter person who helped us out was very nice (I forgot her name.) Also, the person that showed us the RV was very nice too. They are the reasons I hate to write this review but I have to. Here it goes…

We were really excited about the road trip we had planned but it quickly took a bad turn. Here is what went wrong:

The AC stopped working, it leaked when it worked. The shower was backed up and the water leaked out onto the kitchen floor. The generator stopped charging so the microwave and the refrigerator stopped working so we lost ALL our food. Don’t ask me why we tolerated this, I guess we wanted to have a good attitude but what did it for us was the ROACHES!!! We ended up renting a hotel room since we couldn’t very well returned the darn RV because we were not close to Kissimee.

So, we called the Kissimmee Cruise America, we left a message and they never returned our call so I called the head office in Utah and as nice as they were on the phone they were NOT much help. They told us to deal with the Kissimmee store directly. When we returned the RV in Kissimmee, the manager insinuated that we should have called Road Assistance to have the RV fumigated! What a joke!!! He didn’t care that we drove for 8 hours to return the RV, there were NO apologies what-so-ever and we never saw any monetary refund for the nights we stayed in a hotel. Even though we stayed in a hotel two nights, we ended up paying for the RV rental as well. Just Awful. Needless to say, I will NEVER do business with Cruise America RV Rentals again, NEVER!
